There is no ATB Invoicing app to download from the App Store or Google Play. ATB Invoicing is a web app that adjusts to fit phone and tablet screens, so you can use it from your mobile browser.
Using ATB Invoicing on your phone or tablet
Open your phone's web browser, go to the ATB Invoicing website, and click Sign in with ATB Business. You sign in with the same ATB Business login you use on a computer.
On smaller screens, the layout changes to make it easier to use:
- The main navigation (Dashboard, Quotes, Invoices, Customers, and Templates) moves into a menu. Tap the menu button at the top of the page to open it.
- Lists of quotes, invoices, and customers show as cards instead of table rows.
You can do the same work on your phone that you do on a computer, such as creating quotes and invoices, sending them, and checking payment status.
Opening ATB Invoicing quickly
To open ATB Invoicing in one tap, bookmark the sign-in page or add it to your phone's home screen from your browser's menu. The shortcut opens ATB Invoicing in your browser.
What your customers see on mobile
Your customers do not need an app either. The secure link in a quote or invoice email or text message opens in their phone's browser, where they can review the document. Customers can view a quote and accept or decline it, or view an invoice and see how to pay it.
